Claremont has finished efforts to certify an innovative office space at Place du Portage III in Gatineau, Quebec. Part of this effort involved extensive commissioning including updating As-built documentation and ensuring the final delivered BACnet system was fully functional in the workspace. Through the use of personal controls collecting data on user activities and effects of motion sensors, dimmable ballasts and daylighting, it was determined a significant savings is obtained versus traditional HVAC and lighting practices.

Claremont Communications Inc. is pleased to announce a new contract with Public Works and Government Service Canada to provide a multi-vendor demonstration of the Canadian Automated Building (CAB) Protocol and CAB Workstation.
Claremont Communications was awarded a $70,000 contract to design, plan, and implement a successful multi-vendor demonstration of the Canadian Automated Building Protocol Gateways and Workstation. This project required continuous monitoring and remote control of three Health Canada Buildings (Laboratory Centre for Disease Control, Banting Research Building and Health Protection Building) Tunney's Pasture Campus.
